At ThermaCheck, we believe every home should be comfortable, efficient and easy to keep warm in winter. Many houses lose heat through small gaps, poor insulation or ageing seals, and most of the time, you won’t even know where the problem is. That’s where thermal imaging comes in. It lets us see exactly where your home is losing warmth, so you can make targeted improvements that actually work.

My family lives in Deloraine, and we know just how cold it gets every winter. In our first year in the house, we struggled to keep warm. No matter how high we turned up the heater, the cold always crept back in. So we borrowed a thermal imaging camera and checked every corner of the house. What we found surprised us. Warm air leaking out through small gaps, and cold air sneaking in through places we hadn’t even thought to check. After sealing those areas and making a few simple changes, the difference was huge. We were finally able to stay warm without relying so heavily on the heat pump.

That experience is what led us to start ThermaCheck. We want to help other households enjoy the same benefits: a warmer home, lower power bills and less energy wasted. It’s a small step that can make a big difference.
